For the 2014 season I was briefed by the Ocean Beach team to introduce some changes they had made to the venue during the winter. This included a new VIP area and a revised 'Owners Bed' area..
For the following year [the 2015 summer season], I was again asked by the Ocean Beach team to introduce some new areas into the map to reflect further venue developments during the 2014/5 winter break..
Active rollovers for the bookable elements..
Due to the complexity of the additional areas and for the purposes of clarity, it was decided to introduce clickable zoomed areas into this years map. However, because the previous version had been generated for browser viewing at 72dpi, it was not possible to zoom in without massive pixelation, meaning I had to entirely redraw the artwork using *vectors, thus allowing for extreme zooms, and future proofing the venue artwork..
*Vector art does not lose any clarity or detail when blown up in size, unlike for example rasterised photoshop art.
